relate.click provides the technology used to create and operate online communities.

We do not own, manage or control communities created by users of the platform.

Each community is independently operated by its Community Owner.

2. Community Owners

If you create or operate a community, you are responsible for:

You must not use relate.click for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.

3. Paid Communities

Community Owners may charge members for access to their communities.

Community Owners connect their own Stripe account to receive membership payments.

Payments made by members for community membership are transactions between the member and the Community Owner.

relate.click is not the seller or provider of the Community Owner's membership, content, products or services.

The Community Owner is responsible for:

4. relate.click Fees

Community Owners may pay relate.click a subscription or other clearly disclosed fee for using the platform.

These fees are for access to the relate.click software and are separate from any membership fees Community Owners charge their members.

We may change our pricing from time to time. Where a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing applies.

5. Stripe and Other Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

relate.click is not responsible for payment-provider outages, withheld funds, account restrictions, chargebacks, processing decisions or other actions taken by Stripe or another payment provider.

This includes content posted by the Community Owner, administrators, moderators and members.

relate.click does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety or quality of community content.

Community Owners are responsible for moderating their communities and dealing with inappropriate or unlawful content.

relate.click may remove content, restrict access or suspend a community where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law or the safety of the platform.

Our ability to remove or moderate content does not make relate.click responsible for that content.

Communities may discuss subjects including business, health, fitness, finance, relationships, education, farming, travel and many other topics.

relate.click does not verify or endorse advice provided within independently operated communities.

Members are responsible for deciding whether to rely upon information provided by a Community Owner or another member.

The relate.click software, branding, platform design and related intellectual property remain the property of relate.click or its licensors.

15. Closing an Account

Community Owners may close their relate.click account subject to outstanding platform fees or contractual obligations.

Closing a community does not remove the Community Owner's responsibility for obligations already owed to members.

Community Owners are responsible for properly dealing with their members when closing a paid community, including any refunds or notices required by law or their own membership terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as relate.click develops.

Where changes are significant, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

Continuing to use relate.click after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If a dispute arises between relate.click and a user, both parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally.

Where appropriate, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to an independent mediator, adjudicator or recognised alternative dispute resolution provider before commencing court proceedings.
